Strict Laws
The Freedom Party will pass tough and new amendments to curb criminal activity in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
1. Punishment of the Terrorist, Rapist &Traitor
Terrorists, Rapists, and traitors will be imprisoned for 20 years and bail will not be given until two years.
2. Punishment of the Murderer
Murderers will be imprisoned for 1 5 years and bail will not be given until one year.
3. Punishment of the Encounter
If the police officer encounters an Indian citizen then he will be suspended and sentenced immediately ten years of jail time and bail will not be given until one year.
We will ensure that police encounters will be terminated. The police are allowed to encounter only for self-defense but they have been misusing this power for indulging in fake-encounters of minorities and innocent people. The police will only be allowed to shoot under the waist in very serious conditions
4. Punishment of the Scammer
If a government official, political leader or any Indian citizen commits or indulges scam or fraud, he or she will be punished for eight years and bail will not be given until one year.
5. Punishment of the Bribe Taker
If a government official or a political leader takes a bribe then he or she will be punished for seven years and bail will not be given until one year.
6. Punishment of the Thief & Cheater
If any Indian citizen commits fraud, steals, embezzles, or seizes property, he or she will be punished for five years and bail will not be given until nine months.
7. Punishment of Fake Case Booker
If a police officer books a fake case against any Indian citizen, he will be suspended immediately and sentenced to three years of jail time and bail will not be given until nine months.
8. Punishment for Supporting the Offender
If a police officer does not take action upon a complaint being registered and attempts to protect the culprit then he or she will be immediately suspended and sentenced to two years of jail time and bail will not be given until six months.
9. Punishment of Inflammatory Speech
If any Indian citizen gives a provocative speech, targeting minorities then he will be arrested immediately and punished for two years of jail time and bail will not be given until six months.
10 F.I.R Authority
We will ensure that only IPS officers get the right to file an FIR. Extra IPS officers will be appointed exclusively for this purpose and each IPS officer will have three teams make sure that the case is true and does not have any loopholes.
Inspector [SHO] and Sub Inspector Officers are misusing FIRs. ln India, daily thousands of fake FIRS are being written every single day. Lakhs of innocent people, minorities and students are suffering as a result of this crime. We will strictly punish such offenders.
